    $80/month

  • Ages: 40-65

    $90/month

  • Ages: 65+

    $110/month

The goal of the direct primary care model is to lower the cost of your care, thus I am perpetually on a constant search for the best price for medication, procedures and laboratory services The prices will be available to you at the time of the visit.
